1. Access the Password Reset portal here
2. Put your e-mail address
3. Check your e-mail's inbox and click on the link we send you, this will take you to a new portal
4. Put your desired password

Tip: Keep in mind Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, one upper case, one lower case, one number and one special character.
