How do I become a verified user?

Once you have added a credit card on file this process is automatic and happens usually within 30 days of opening and using your account. After you become a verified user we will periodically increase your CloudSite limit.

How can I increase my CloudSite limit?

By adding a credit card to your account.

Is there downtime when I scale my CloudSite?

No — there is no downtime when you scale your CloudSite between Free, Shared and Reserved.

How can I change my email address?

At this time your email address cannot be changed. We are working on allowing this very soon.

What do I do if I lose my phone and I have two-factor authentication enabled?

You would need to open a ticket by emailing help@gearhost.com with the email address with which you registered for an account and our support staff will take you through a verification process.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by sending an email to help@gearhost.com with the email address with which you registered for an account. First destroy all of your CloudSites and database and resolve any outstanding billing.
