How do I become a verified user?

Once you have added a credit card on file this process is automatic and happens usually within 30 days of opening and using your account. After you become a verified user we will periodically increase your CloudSite limit.

How can I increase my CloudSite limit?

By adding a credit card to your account.

Is there downtime when I scale my CloudSite?

No — there is no downtime when you scale your CloudSite between Free, Shared and Reserved.

How can I change my email address?

At this time your email address cannot be changed. We are working on allowing this very soon.

What do I do if I lose my phone and I have two-factor authentication enabled?

You would need to open a ticket by emailing with the email address with which you registered for an account and our support staff will take you through a verification process.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time by sending an email to with the email address with which you registered for an account. First destroy all of your CloudSites and database and resolve any outstanding billing.
